2019 Committees


Develops and promotes the Ohio Certified Nursery Technician program and supplementary educational programs to advance professionalism in the green industry.


Assists with developing educational programs that serve different generational groups and business layers of ONLA member companies and promotes the importance of lifelong learning.


Provides review and evaluation of Midwest Green Industry Experience.

Future Professionals

Grows ONLA's engagement and retention of students and professionals through effective outreach programs and community partnerships.

Green Industry Growers

Promotes and supports Ohio's nursery and greenhouse growers.

Landscape Awards

Promotes pride and professionalism in the industry and to the public by providing a showcase for award winning projects through competition to all Ohio firms.

Landscape Contractor

Maintains the highest standards within the profession and through support of all ONLA and other industry certification programs a positive image of the green industry through award-winning landscape projects and plans.


Proactively reviews and beneficially affects the legislative and regulatory process for the green industry.


Assists ONLA in serving its members and acquiring new by reviewing existing services and implementing new services that would promote membership growth and development and help increase members' profitability.


Promotes the needs and concerns of retail garden centers.
