ONLA Mission Statement - The Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association leads, promotes and facilitates the success and growth of green industry businesses.

The ONLA has over 10 active committees

Budget Policy Review
Mission: To provide experienced guidance on budget and policy matters of the ONLA.

Certification
Mission: To develop and promote certification and educational programs for the further advancement of professionalism in the green industry. 

Distinguished Contribution Award 
Mission: To recognize and honor outstanding contributions to the nursery industry.

Education
Mission: To develop educational programs serving different generational groups and business layers of ONLA membership companies, promoting educational opportunities as a benefit of membership and communicating the importance of lifelong learning. 

Exhibits
Mission: To provide review and evaluation of MGIX.

Mission:

Greenhouse Industry Growers
Mission:

Landscape Awards
Mission: To promote pride and professionalism in the industry and to the public by providing a showcase for award winning projects through competition to all Ohio firms.

Landscape Contractor
Mission: To maintain and promote the highest standards within the profession. To support all ONLA and other industry certification programs. To develop a positive image of the green industry through award-winning landscape projects and plans.

Legislative
Mission: To proactively review and beneficially affect the legislative and regulatory process for the green industry. 

Membership
Mission: Maintain, acquire and serve membership firms by reviewing existing services and implementing new services that would promote membership growth and development and help increase members' profitability.Nursery Growers

Retail
Mission: To acknowledge and promote the needs and concerns of the retail garden centers and support the Ohio Certified Nursery Technician program.
