The Great Lakes Nursery Association
Leadership Council is pleased to offer certification reciprocity
among its member associations. States involved in the Great Lakes
Nursery Association Leadership Council are:

If you are a certified individual
in good standing from one of the associations listed above, you
may apply for certified status in another state following the
criteria provided by that state.
Illinois Certified Nursery
Professional (ICN Pro)
Entrance fees:
$65/members; $130/non-members
Requirements:
Complete INA application and provide written verification of
current certification from affiliated state program.
How to retain:
Renewal and recertification required 18 months after beginning
program. ICN Pro must recertify (obtain six hours of CEUs
during a two-year period, complete recertification form, and
submit $10 fee) alternating year the ICN Pro will renew (complete
renewal form, submit $10 fee).

Indiana Accredited Horticulturist

Entrance fees: none
Requirements:
Provide a copy of credentials from affiliated state program.
How to retain:
Either obtain necessary CEUs by attending sanctioned education
sessions or take exam, and submit renewal fee every two years.

Entrance fees:
$35.00/ONLA member; $70.00/non-member
Requirements:
Complete and sign contract and show verification of current certification
by a letter from the states Executive Director, Education
Director, or other appropriate representative.
How to retain:
Renew every three years by submitting renewal fee ($25/ONLA member
or $50.00/non-member) and obtaining three training credits within
the three year period of certification.

Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist
(PCH)
Entrance fees:
$50.00/PLNA members or $100.00/non-member
Requirements:
Complete application and show verification of current certification
by a letter from the states Executive Director, Education
Director, or other appropriate representative.
How to retain:
An annual renewal fee must be paid after the first full year
($25.00/PLNA member or $100/non-members). In addition, all PCHs
are required to obtain six CEUs every two years.
